Important Note:
Microsoft has announced that Classic Outlook will begin its opt-out phase in April 2026, meaning the new Outlook will become the default experience. However, support for Classic Outlook will continue until at least 2029.

Common Outlook Tasks & How to Do Them

Send an Email

  • Click New Email (desktop) or New Message (web).
  • Add recipients, subject, and message body.
  • Click Send.
